About the Origin of the “Fish Slap”
The fish slap began as a small prank from one frustrated member of the crew to another. As soon as Jerry smacked Captain Dave with that first bunker, all bets were off. No fish, bait, or eel is off limits and these guys never let a fish slap go unrewarded.
A simple harmless flounder opened the floodgates of fish-slapping debauchery from a prank enjoyed by our crew to living rooms across the country.
